Each booth is 8' x 10' and is available for $800.00 if the rental contract is paid in full before March 31st. After March 31st the booth rental will be $1200.00.
Set Up: from 6 pm on Wed 26 to 11:30 am Thurs.
Tear Down: on Fri 28th after 2 pm. Please send an email with your contact and company information. We will be using both Windsor "B" and "C" for the Trade Show.
If you have purchased a booth, please send an email with the contact information of the person who will be in charge of the booth for communication purposes.
Please note that each booth rental includes one person free admission. Each additional member attending on behalf of the booth renter to assist with the managing of the booth will be at half the delegate cost ($100.00). This is to help defray the costs of the food and hospitality which is open to both Trade Show and Delegates. The registration of the additional members is on the REGISTRATION page.
